In the light of recent events and the ongoing threat of COVID-19, we should all be practicing social distancing and staying safely at home. However, staying home can get a little boring especially if you're an extrovert who is used to going out regularly. So as a way to fight boredom, this introvert who is used to staying at home has cooked up a list of creative things to do when stuck at home!

Another productive thing you can do while at home to try and feed your brain with something other than constant Coronavirus updates. Many live performance venues canceled upcoming shows because of the spread of the Coronavirus. However, many artists like Evanescence, and Bastille are holding live streams of their shows as an initiative to provide entertainment for people and encourage them to stay at home. Also stars like Chris Martin, John Legend, Hoizer, and OneRepublic put together performances via Instagram live.

Bonus: If you're a fan of musicals and/or listened to that one number in Glee and couldn't forget the showtunes, you can find many recorded Broadway musicals online as well.
A fun thing to do that is guaranteed to have you laughing out loud all the way through is karaoke. Just grab a family member or whoever might feel brave enough for a few rounds of karaoke.
If you don't have your own karaoke machine that's not a reason to stop you, you can still play using an online version of the game that includes the music and lyrics and also YouTube is full of karaoke videos for all types of music. Trusted sources say that the louder you belt out the song, the more fun you'll have.
Write a Letter to Your Future Self
After the recent events, we've all contemplated our lives one way or another. So how about you write a letter to yourself 5 or 10 years from now? Tell them how you're feeling and what you wish they'd never forget. Letting out all your feelings on paper is very therapeutic. We definitely all need it right now. Plus, it would be a memory for the future to know what you must have felt at that moment in time helps you grow!
You can also try yoga, reading, video games, makeup tutorials, DIY, painting and trusty ol' Netflix.
In the end, whatever you do could be enjoyable as long as you're open to the idea. Remember that boredom eventually goes away, so stay home and try some of the things on the list. Stay safe everyone and enjoy!
